Return/Exchange

Items returned within 7 days of the package arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund. Limited edition items cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges (Standard First Class/Airmail) with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Online purchases are not eligible for returns/exchanges in store.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 8-10 business days of processing the return.
  • Once an exchange has been processed, you will be notified and provided a new USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

Shipping

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.

All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

During peak seasons, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

Privacy

Golf Wang will not share any customer information with anyone.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

  • How do I return/exchange my order?

    Returned items must be in new condition (not worn or washed) to the return shipping address on the package label. Please include a note that states:

    1. Your order number
    2. Requested action (Refund/Exchange)
    3. Reason for return

  • My shirt is defective after I washed it. How do I return it?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange washed or worn items.

  • What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

    Orders marked as “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and provided a USPS tracking number.

  • Has my order shipped?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from your GOLFWANG.COM account and provided a USPS tracking number and link.

    You can also see the status of your order and click the tracking number link on your GOLFWANG.COM Account under View Order Status > View Order Details.

    Customers will be notified as soon as soon as Golf processes any order sent back to us. For orders received without return or exchange instructions, customers have two weeks to respond to our notification regarding how we should handle your order, or the order may be returned to inventory.

  • I need my delivery to arrive by X/X. Can you guarantee a delivery date?

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

  • How do I locate my 6-digit order ID number?

    Once your order payment has been processed and set to "completed", you will receive an email confirmation with your 6-digit order ID number.

    You can locate the 6-digit order ID numbers for products you have purchased on your GOLFWANG.COM Account under View Order Status.

  • I am having difficulty tracking my order, how do I track it?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from your GOLFWANG.COM account and provided with a USPS tracking number and link.

    You can also see the status of your order and click the tracking number link on your GOLFWANG.COM Account under View Order Status > View Order Details.

    If you check your tracking immediately after it has been provided to you, it may not be registered into the courier’s system. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to register and update into the courier’s system.

  • What do I do if my tracking number/link is not working?

  • I never received my order number.

    You can locate the 6-digit order ID numbers for products you have purchased on your GOLFWANG.COM Account under View Order Status.

  • Can I change the email address/information on my order?

    Please make sure all of your GOLFWANG.COM Account Information is correct BEFORE you complete checkout.

    You can edit your shipping address in your GOLFWANG.COM Account Address Book.

    In the event a product you purchased was sent to the wrong address, please send a message via your GOLFWANG.COM Account Inbox and select the order number from the ORDER dropdown menu.

  • When will you restock products?

    For updates on product drops, please sign up to the GOLFWANG Newsletter.

  • I received the wrong item(s). How can I get the correct item(s) that I ordered?

    Review the instructions above on how to return items to our warehouse. We will process a refund for shipping once our warehouse confirms the arrival of your order and ship the correct item(s) to you.

  • My address is correct, and my account/tracking number lists my package as DELIVERED but I did not receive it.

    Please reach out to your local post office for most up to date information. Please review our shipping policy above. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it has shipped?

    Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to any orders after it ships. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment if requested. Please return the package or refuse delivery from the mail carrier and once we receive the item, we will process your refund.

  • I received a message to complete my order but I was already charged/I already received an order number?

    Sometimes our system accidentally sends this message by error. If you received your order number you have completed your order properly and it is being processed.

    If you did not receive an order number, please check your order status in your GOLFWANG.COM Account under View Order Status.

  • International Orders - I am having issues entering my address at checkout. What should I do?

    Try logging out and back into your GOLFWANG.COM account and proceed with the checkout. If you have issues showing the correct address on your order, please send a message via your GOLFWANG.COM Account Inbox and select the order number from the ORDER dropdown menu. Please be sure international addresses are entered in English.

  • International Orders - My tracking has not updated for a couple days and appears to be stuck or lost.

    International orders can take some time due to custom clearances that we cannot control and exact tracking can be difficult. Please allow at least 6 weeks for shipping and check tracking and with your local post office for the latest updates.

    Only milestone events are shown on the tracking. Packages tendered to USPS are then transferred to the destination country’s customs agents for clearance. The shipping method selected is First Class. For more current and accurate information regarding your package, please contact your customs facility and postal courier that has received your package.

  • International Orders - Do I have to pay extra fees or tariffs on my package?

    International orders are subject to customs charges that we have no control over. Feel free to refuse delivery for a refund. Please review our shipping policy above regarding international shipments.

  • Can I combine my orders so shipping is cheaper?

    Fortunately, since we ship by weight, combining orders does not affect shipping prices so we do not combine orders into single shipments.

  • How do I change my password?

    Click here to change your GOLFWANG.COM Account Password and then enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  • I still cannot log in to my account... ?

    For technical issues like this, please email support@golfwang.com with a specific description of your issue and let us know the last email address associated with your GOLFWANG.COM Account.

  • I can’t log into Golf Media/I would like to cancel my subscription to Golf Media
