Return/Exchange

Items returned within 7 days of the package arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund. Limited edition items cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges (Standard First Class/Airmail) with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 8-10 business days of processing the return.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.

All orders are shipped via USPS standard shipping. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. During peak seasons, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

Golf Wang will not share any customer information with anyone.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

If my order status is marked as “awaiting fulfillment,” what does that mean?

Orders awaiting fulfillment are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and provided a USPS tracking number.

How do I locate my 6-digit order ID number?

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your 6-digit order ID number.

Has my order shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from your Golf Wang account and provided a USPS tracking number/link.

What do I do if my tracking number/link is not working?

If you check your tracking immediately after it has been provided to you, it may not be registered into the courier’s system. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

How do I return/exchange items?

Returned items must be in new condition (not worn or washed) to the return shipping address on the package label. Please include a note that states:
